It's overwhelming enough to decide on a perfect first name for
your baby, but if you're not considering its effects on your
baby's last name you may be setting him up for future disaster.
It's easy to overlook how the combination of your baby's first
name and last name will work together. Let's look at a few
pointers in this area.
Perhaps the most obvious place to start is using a duplicate

Don't get me wrong: I really do enjoy the warmth and comfort of a roaring fire. So I absolutely enjoy a good fireplace, especially if it has an elegant or stylish fireplace mantel surrounding it. And fireplaces have a tendency (with me, anyway) to conjure up happy memories of good times. Still, I think that electric fireplaces are superior for a number of reasons, and will oneday replace traditional fireplaces on account of their practicality and convenience.

another child has been reported missing or abducted.

QUESTION:
After fives years in a rental house, I have been given a 30 day
notice to vacate the premises. This was done mid-month after I
paid and the property manager cashed my check for the current
month of rent. I also paid "last month" rent when I initially
rented this place, plus a security deposit. Since I have paid
and the property manager has accepted rent for the next 45 days,
is it still possible to be given the 30 day notice mid-cycle?
And what becomes of the last month rent which is ...Read the rest of this entry »

'I don't know how to write a will', or 'Lawyers charge a lot of
money'. Here's my answer to the last two ' buy a software
package that helps you draw up your own will and follow the
forms. This software will ask you a series of questions and you
supply the answers. When you are done, you have a piece of ...Read the rest of this entry »

A Living Will is a legal document addressing only deathbed
considerations; a client unilaterally declares his/her desire
that life-prolonging measures be discontinued when there is no
hope of ultimate recovery.

Health Care to appoint someone to make all healthcare decisions,
limited by certain elections regarding deathbed issues.
The client must be at least 18 years old and mentally competent
at the time he/she executes either ...Read the rest of this entry »
